Ibriton’s initial strategic foundation includes ownership interests in Osmotic Engineering Group USA and Water Filtration Technologies, subject to the underlying corporate records. These platforms provide an operating base in infrastructure advisory, water-sector knowledge, filtration technology and commercial market access. Ibriton will use this base to diversify progressively into logistics, coffee and consumer products, e-commerce, real estate, technology and selected small-business acquisitions in the United States.

Ibriton Capital SA will remain a sister family investment platform focused principally on African opportunities. Ibriton will focus on the United States. The relationship is intended to create a strategic bridge between U.S. capital, technology and operating capability and African investment opportunities, while preserving legal, tax and financial separation between the entities.
